Quincy Holloway

Since 2007, Quincy Holloway has owned and operated 3 Billion Renewable Energy. Providing consultation and sales of photovoltaic power systems along with design and financial analysis for residential and commercial clients.

Additionally, Quincy works under the title of Marketing Director and Commercial Solar Sales for USA Eagle Carports Inc. Mr. Holloway is responsible for the conceptual development and procurement of material related to the design of the Solport Solar Carport and the Aguaport Rainwater Harvesting Carport.

Currently, Quincy is establishing relationships with channel partners and associates on the design and development of the Electric Vehicle Recharging Carport or, EVRC.

Rita LaRue

Rita LaRue has been called a natural networking professional. For the last 3 years she has successfully established investment business relations between the U.S. and Germany. She excels at analyzing investment opportunities to present to potential investors and has done so for clients like, Behringer Harvard, Hunt Oil, Today's Realtor Advisors in the $5 Million to $160 Million range. Additionally, she Introduced parties for national and international jointed ventures.

Previously, she was employed as Sales Associate/Real Estate Agent for Henry S. Miller Commercial in their retail division. Changed leasing status of assigned shopping centers in several states (TX, OK, AR, MO) to provide easier sale to investors.

Currently, Rita serves as the Vice President of Strategic Marketing and Finance Europe for the EVRC.

Kimberly Davis

Kimberly Davis works as the Chief Operating Officer for the EVRC. Her experience ranges from previous positions as senior environmental program and regulatory compliance manager, environmental science and planning.

Kimberly has an extensive background in federal, state, and municipal permitting and enforcement response. Asset management, capital improvements programs, and strategic planning.

Experienced primarily in linear infrastructure, civil works, large facility development. She has demonstrated success in budgeting, contracts, proposal and grant writing, and team management. Kimberly is highly skilled in identifying and implementing cost-effective compliance strategies and maintaining Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14000) program certification.

Board of Advisors

Wesley Wright is advising 3 Billion Solar in their efforts to develop a proprietary procurement and partner platform to manage the entire EV charging structure build process.  Wesley is also assisting 3 Billion Solar in their funding efforts, providing introductions to the international venture capital and private investor communities.

Wesley is currently the Executive Director of Strategic Solutions at Symbio, a leading provider of advanced software engineering and R&D co-creation services.  Prior to Symbio, Wesley held various management positions at UBS Investment Bank.  Additionally, Wesley has advised multiple start-ups and is an avid supporter of clean technologies.

Wesley earned his International MBA degree from the Moore School of Business in South Carolina and his Bachelors in Finance from the University of Arizona.
